The ReStore receives donations of new, and like new, usable materials from local businesses and individuals. We offer these items to the public at a fraction of their retail price. Our profits make it possible for qualified families to buy affordable housing. Come by often as items are changing every week.

Habitat for Humanity of Medina County is a non-profit organization that builds homes in partnership with qualified families. Habitat for Humanity of Medina County is committed to making decent and affordable housing available to families who have need, willingness to partner, and the ability to pay a no-interest mortgage.
After the application process, future homeowners invest in the process by volunteering in the building of their own home. Upon completion, the home will be purchased with a zero-interest mortgage.

Willingness to complete homeownership classes. Complete 'Sweat Equity' volunteer hours and make house payment on time.

Household income consists of gross income (before taxes and deductions) from all household members, regardless of age.
Income sources include Employment, SSI, Disability, Child Support, Alimony, Retirement. Food stamps, WEP or OWF are not counted as income sources.
